  1. The charge for the Search will be £5.50 plus VAT
  2. A further fee of £22.50 will be charged if a new address is obtained OR
  3. A further fee of £6.50 plus VAT will be charged if the search shows the debtor is still resident at the original address.
  4. P&J will monitor any unsuccessful traces for a period of 2 years at no extra charge.
  5. Information provided by P&J represents data supplied by 3rd parties, the accuracy of which P&J will be unable to verify in every case. P&J is thus unable to accept liability for errors therein.

P&J Debt Collection Services shall keep all information secure and confidential according to their Data Protection Policy and shall not disclose the information to any third party save for:

A) P&J Debt Collection Services own legal representatives Foulds Solicitors Ltd who may be called upon to assist with recovery and/or provide legal advice.

B) The use of, from time to time, our tracing agents who will be provided with information on a ‘need to know’ basis only. Such third party agents are obligated, under separate agreements with P&J Consumer Debt Services, to keep all information confidential and not disclose that information to any third party organisation or persons.
