What is the minimum debt P&J will accept?

We accept debts of any value - several of our clients send us in small debts for cancellation fees for £10 upwards.

How far can I go back with my unpaid accounts?

Debts become "Statute Barred" in the UK after 6 years. Anytime up to that you can legally pursue a claim through the courts if necessary

How can I add P&J's charges to my debts?

How long will I have to wait to get my money?

All clients are invoiced monthly and all cleared payments received in the preceding month will be sent to you at that stage. All client monies are held in a non interest bearing dedicated client account so we do not profit from “holding” on to your funds.

How can I find out what is happening with my accounts?

You can call our dedicated Customer Service team on 01442 848516 or send us an email. Our friendly advisors will be happy to give you updates and answer any queries you may have.
